In the middle of the magnificent nature by the Limfjord lies Toftum Bjerge Camping – a place where you can breathe deeply and feel your vacation begin. Wake up to the sound of birds and the scent of spruce, and spend the day doing everything from beach walks and hikes in the hills to pure relaxation in the shade of the trees.

The campsite exudes peace, nature and cozy togetherness. Whether you come with a tent, caravan or choose one of our cabins, you’re in for a true camping experience with time for togetherness – and modern facilities that make it all a little easier.

Welcome to the community!

Toftum Bjerge Camping is a cozy campsite located in the middle of the beautiful Ice Age landscape by the Limfjord. Here you’ll find dramatic cliffs, peaceful trails and a charming cottage area that has attracted artists and nature lovers for many years.

On site you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, take a break in our cozy café or let the kids run wild in the playgrounds. The area also offers great opportunities for hiking, golf and adventures in the surrounding nature.

At Toftum Bjerge Camping, we warmly welcome you to a place where presence, nature and good experiences go hand in hand. We are a big family – with four lovely children and three wonderful children-in-law – and together we have created Let’s Camp, which today consists of:

Toftum Bjerge Camping (run by Sara and Thomas)

Himmerland Camping (run by Maja and David)

Glyngøre Camping (run by Gitte and Henrik and Jakob)

Jeppe and Cecilie have thrown themselves into hotel management at Hotel Steenbergs in Nykøbing Mors

Common to all three sites is their unique location in the beautiful Limfjord area
and our focus on making your vacation relaxing,
enjoyable and memorable.

We place great emphasis on personal contact and look forward to welcoming you – whether you’re looking for a caravan, tent or cabin vacation.

Åmølle - Denmark's oldest water mill

Not far from the campsite you’ll find Åmølle,

The mill runs every Saturday and Sunday between the 3rd Sunday in June and the 1st weekend in September. During this period, the mill is manned by journeymen who operate the mill and explain the special technique of the Roman drive, as well as its history and the long and sometimes dramatic history of the mill.

Outside the season, the mill is unlocked and can be visited.

When you visit Aa – Mølle outside of staffed hours, you will now be able to learn on our newly installed Info Screen, not only about Aa – Mølle, but also about other Geo- Park West Jutland attractions,

It is also possible to visit our website from the screen.

We have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We offer modern service buildings, cozy cabins, large sheltered pitches, free Wi-Fi and good kitchen and bathroom facilities. For the younger ones there are playgrounds and plenty of room to play, while adults can enjoy the peace, nature and beautiful surroundings by the fjord.
